The agreement provides maintenance support for Hamilton Sundstrand's electric power generation, cabin pressure control and emergency power systems for JetBlue's V2500-powered A320 fleet. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"We selected Hamilton Sundstrand for their long-standing experience in commercial airline maintenance capabilities - in particular their vast experience with Airbus aircraft," said Tom Anderson, JetBlue's senior vice president of Technical Operations and Aircraft Programs.
In the six years since its launch, JetBlue Airways has focused on creating a new airline category - an airline that offers value, service and style. Based in New York City, the low-cost carrier currently serves 34 destinations with 410 flights daily.
