FPM Tooling & Automation announced that it has acquired the RTS Industrial Solutions (Trident) of Toledo, Ohio. RTS is a recognized leader in the field of automated PLC controlled systems and technologies, producing and servicing hundreds of industrial machines for the automotive and consumer products industries.
