Electrivert Inc. recently introduced a new cabling and termination (C.A.T.) scan process to help customers achieve increased efficiency, reliability and serviceability.

The four-phase process is an in-depth analysis of a company's machines, systems and processes that identifies opportunities for improvements in the following key areas:

  • Cabling selection and consolidation
  • Connector selection and consolidation for a more modular design
  • Streamlined build processes
  • Reduced manufacturing and installation costs
  • Increased reliability
  • Greater serviceability
  • Modifications to meet UL and NFPA regulations

"The Electrivert C.A.T. scan enables us to help our customers streamline their designs, reduce costs and improve overall efficiencies," said Jody Williquette, Electrivert’s business development manager. "Our services identify ways to improve serviceability, reduce maintenance, lower installation costs, simplify manufacturing and provide overall reductions in total system costs."

Part of the Minowitz Manufacturing Group in Roseville, Mich., Electrivert Inc. is a leading manufacturer and full-service provider of industrial control panels and molded, mechanical and custom cable assemblies. For more information, visit www.electrivert.com.
