Five years after it pulled back from the U.S. market, Isuzu Motors is laying the groundwork to resume production here by building a plant in Alabama.
Japan’s biggest maker of light trucks confirmed on April 9 that it had bought a 300,000-square-foot warehouse near Birmingham in December for nearly $8 million.
