Demulsibility, What is it, and why does it matter? Restoration of Steam Turbine Demulsibility.
What is demulsibility, and why does it matter? Demulsibility is fundamental to proper lubrication; if lost, oil is condemned, disarms coalescers, and can lead to a forced outage. Demuslibilty can be restored using ICB technology and provide additional benefits beyond varnish removal and prevention, preventing AO additive depletion, and removing acids and metal ions.
