Pepsi Bottling Ventures finalizes acquisition of S.C. bottler

Pepsi Bottling Ventures LLC announced that it has completed its acquisition of Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of Conway-Myrtle Beach Inc., the Pepsi-Cola franchise bottler based in Conway, S.C. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The South Carolina Company's franchise territory includes Marion and Horry counties and includes Myrtle Beach.

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is the nation's largest privately held Pepsi-Cola bottler, operating 26 manufacturing, distribution and sales facilities in North Carolina, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Vermont and Idaho, and South Carolina serving over 9 million consumers.
