HelioSphera to build solar manufacturing plant

Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell announced that HelioSphera US will build and operate a major solar manufacturing facility at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The HelioSphera US facility will involve a $500 million investment and will create at least 400 jobs.
