Six Sigma program saves Vestas Wind Energy big bucks

Vestas Wind Energy India, the Chennai-headquartered wind power company, has saved $10 million in its expenses in the past three years through implementation of a Six Sigma methodology patented by Dr. Shree Nanguneri, CEO of Millenium Global Business Solutions (MGBS). This methodology, the company says, involves the deployment of basic “yellow belt” expertise and knowledge, in a mass scale.
