Manufacturing industry to create 50,000 jobs this year

The Industrial Manufacturing Industry in the United States is traditionally the largest employer on an annual basis, not only in terms of overall employment figures but also when it comes to jobs added each year. Early indications are that 2008 will continue this trend. As the new year begins, initial estimates place more than 50,000 new jobs on the threshold for the industry as more than 250 manufacturing plants under construction are expected to begin operation before year's end.
