Applied Mechanical acquires Cleanroom Sciences

Applied Mechanical Corporation of Austin, Texas, announced February 7 the acquisition of Phoenix-based Cleanroom Sciences in an all cash transaction. Applied Mechanical will now offer test, certification and maintenance services for cleanrooms and mini-environments. This strategic move further establishes Applied Mechanical's position as the leading outsource provider of on-site engineering, management, technical and logistical support for advanced technology manufacturing.
