Polyflow recently announced the opening of a new manufacturing plant in Midland, Texas. The reinforced thermoplastic pipe facility should dramatically increase the company's overall manufacturing capacity to further enhance its service and supply to the area as well as provide product to service centers across Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

The new plant, which will produce Polyflow's Thermoflex piping, will employ a team of manufacturing, account management and field-service professionals with extensive oil field and pipe manufacturing backgrounds.

"This facility will give our customers in the region the best products and service possible as we support their aggressive drilling and tie-in schedules," said Jim Medalie, CEO of Polyflow. "This meets our strategic objective of providing customers with unmatched responsiveness, consistent stock levels and high-quality piping that delivers top performance in a variety of applications, fluids and gas transport."

Polyflow's polymer systems are designed to provide resistance to hydrocarbons and sour environments, which allows oil and gas exploration and production companies to get wells flowing faster for increased profitability while enhancing safety, reliability and longevity.

Headquartered in Oaks, Pennsylvania, Polyflow is the leading manufacturer of flexible pipelines for transporting hydrocarbons, water and other fluids and gases.
