Holcim Inc. recently announced that its plants in Holly Hill, S.C., and Theodore, Ala., were recognized for their safety and environmental performance during the Portland Cement Association's (PCA) spring board of directors’ meeting in Chicago.

"This recognition is a reflection of our employees' commitment to making sure that each of our employees and visitors to our facilities go home safely at the end of the day, and of their commitment to protecting the environment. They have worked hard to produce these results and are deserving of these awards."
