OSHA's top 10 list of most frequently cited standards

Recently, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration released its Top 10 List of most frequently cited OSHA standards. The list covered fiscal year 2010 (October 2009 through September 2010).

Not so surprisingly, this year's top 10 list looks a lot like last year's list, with the construction standards for scaffolding and fall protection taking the top two spots. Hazard communication took third place overall, but topped the list for general industry.
