Ford Motor China Research & Engineering Center (REC) has been named "2007 CCTV Employer of the Year in
The CCTV Employer of the Year survey identifies organizations that best align their business strategy with a creative and dynamic learning environment to foster business growth and employee development. Business executives, employees of the candidate companies, and an advisory panel of government officials, media and key opinion leaders are among those surveyed.
