Ford Motor China Research & Engineering Center (REC) has been named "2007 CCTV Employer of the Year in Nanjing", topping a list of 10 finalists in the province that were among 60 Chinese and international companies chosen to participate in the survey. This year marks the first time Ford Motor China's REC topped the annual survey, which began in 2005 – having placed fourth in both 2005 and 2006.

The CCTV Employer of the Year survey identifies organizations that best align their business strategy with a creative and dynamic learning environment to foster business growth and employee development.
