If your reservation doesn't arrive by the program date, then see the registrar at the seminar who will process your registration on the spot. In lieu of cash, check and credit cards are preferred when paying at the seminar site.

Reliable Plant proudly stands behind these seminars. If you're not thrilled with the information and insights you gain from attending, we'll apply the full amount of your registration fee to a future Reliable Plant seminar, or refund your payment in full.

Substitutions or Cancellations

You may cancel a registration with a full refund up to 30 days before your seminar begins. All cancellations must be in writing. A $75 fee will be applied to all cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the scheduled seminar. Should a cancellation fee be charged, you will receive a $75 voucher for use against the cost of a future Reliable Plant seminar. The voucher is fully transferable. If you don't cancel and you don't attend, you will be charged the full registration fee. Substitute attendees are welcome at no extra charge with written notice at least 48-hours in advance.
