Tor Idhammar is a partner and vice president with IDCON Inc. Mr. Idhammar joined IDCON in 1997. He has worked in more than 50 plants in nine countries, in many different industries. Before working with IDCON, he has experience from MA-system working with project management for supply chain management systems. Other experience includes maintenance work in the Swedish army. He possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering from North Carolina State University and a Masters of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Lund University in Sweden.

Jack Rochon is a reliability and maintenance management consultant specializing in equipment basic care for operators, planning and scheduling, problem solving for the front line, managementunion relations, reliability assessments and supervisory coaching. He has been with IDCON since 2001.

Richard Canipe has more than 34 years experience in maintenance and 20 years as a consultant. He has worked in more than 100 plants improving reliability and maintenance practices. As a senior maintenance management consultant with IDCON, Richard has focused in the planning and scheduling processes, but has also been involved in preventive maintenance, assessments and spare parts management. He has been with IDCON since 1986.

Don Armstrong is a maintenance management consultant with IDCON. Prior to this he was a senior maintenance manager in five large pulp and paper operations in Canada and New Zealand, with line responsibility for over 5,000 man-years of maintenance effort. Over a 35-year career, he has initiated and implemented many successful changes in work practices and maintenance business processes. For IDCON, Don specializes in planning and scheduling, CMMS evaluation and selection, spare parts management, and audits and assessments in multiple industries.
