Clean Fuel - Keep Running!
Today’s diesel engines use what is called “high pressure common rail” (HPCR) fuel injection systems that operate upwards of 40,000 PSI (2700 BAR)- over 10X that of a higher pressure hydraulic system. These systems require very clean fuel (ISO 12/9/6 or better) to operate as-designed for their entire service interval. Read more to find out how to overcome the challenges of keeping fuel clean and dry from the refinery all the way to the point of injection on your engine. Clean Fuel—Keep Running!
