INTERPHEX names pharmaceutical facilities of the year

The winners of the 2007 facility of the year awards have been named by INTERPHEX 2007. This prestigious achievement in pharmaceutical manufacturing technology design and construction is a much-anticipated component of the annual pharmaceutical manufacturing conference and exhibition currently being held in New York City at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center (April 24-26). Reflecting the global nature of the industry, nominees for the honor were drawn from across the globe, with this year’s winners hailing from the United States, China, Japan and Germany.

In a departure from years past, organizers of the event – INTERPHEX, ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers) and Pharmaceutical Technology magazine – divided the 2007 competition into a two-phase event, with five winners being recognized for individual category honors.
