Ludeca recently introduced the new Easy-Laser XT660 laser shaft alignment system for the United States market. As the next evolution in the Generation XT platform, the XT660 builds on the cross-platform technology that was launched in 2016 with the XT440 shaft system.

The new system offers dot laser measurement technology, which enables measurements on larger machines and over longer distances. Advanced measurement capabilities, such as continuous sweep and multi-point, are also available. The measuring units have integrated Bluetooth wireless technology and operating times of up to 24 hours.

In addition to the XT11 display unit, an iOS/Android phone or tablet can also be used. The Easy-Laser XT Alignment App can be downloaded for free, making it easy to update your tool to the latest features at any time.

Custom PDF alignment reports can be exported to a USB flash drive or via Wi-Fi directly to email for documentation of the alignment work. These new features apply to the XT440 shaft alignment system as well.

Ludeca also recently unveiled the new Easy-Laser XT190 BTA digital laser tool for belt drive alignment. It can be used as a “stand-alone” with its built-in display or as an add-on to the XT660 shaft system. The free Easy-Laser XT Alignment App can also be downloaded to a phone or tablet, allowing you to follow machine adjustments in real time with an interactive 3-D view.
