The Life Cycle Institute, Life Cycle Engineering’s education group, is now accredited as the first U.S. Authorized Training Provider for Prosci, the world leader in change management best practices and research. Prosci’s methodology has become one of the most widely used approaches for managing the people side of change in corporations and government.

As an Authorized Training Provider, the Life Cycle Institute can now deliver Prosci’s internationally recognized change management certification and training programs, including courses for executives, managers, employees and change management practitioners.

“After years of seeing the power of the Prosci methodology first hand, we are excited to take this next step in partnering with Prosci to help more people leverage their valuable and proven approach,” shares Bob Fei, president of Life Cycle Engineering (LCE). “The results speak for themselves. Prosci’s research reveals that change initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, new business systems or new information technology systems are four times more likely to be on time and twice as likely to be within budget when a defined change management process is applied with dedicated change management resources. LCE wants to help organizations harness the power of using change management techniques that produce improved results.”

“Prosci is delighted to welcome Life Cycle Engineering into the Prosci Global Affiliate Network,” states Jeff Hiatt, president of Prosci. “LCE’s role as an Authorized Training Provider will increase the availability of certified Prosci resources in the U.S. market and expand the number of organizations that benefit from access to Prosci’s methodology, tools and training.”

In addition to Change Management Consulting Services, the Life Cycle Institute now offers four Prosci Change Management Programs as well as:

LCE’s team of Prosci-certified change management professionals are licensed to deploy Prosci tools to help organizations manage change.
