The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) has introduced "First Thursday Seminars", a series of six training sessions offered at no cost the first Thursday of each month from February through July 2010. Topics include Executive Order 13514; Energy 101; Water Efficiency Planning and Implementation; Federal Greenhouse Gas Accounting and Reporting; Advanced Metering Requirements and Best Practices; and Operations, Maintenance and Commissioning.
